Positive: Good central location. Nice decor. Comfortable beds.
Negative: I stayed 6 nights in a 2brm apartment, the first night there was very loud creaking and banging from the corner of the master bedroom, the concierge came up the next evening and verified this was loud and said it was the building creaking in the wind! He said a lot of people complain about it. He offered me a move up 6 levels or down 1 in the same part of the building but I couldn’t see how that would help and he wouldn’t move me to two single rooms. I stayed and no staff member checked with me again. On check out they had charged me for minibar items I didn’t have and then quibbled about it via email back and forth - if you’re paying over $3k they shouldn’t charge for bottled water or nuts that I didn’t have.
Summary: Not 5 star service. Nice views and central location.
